Overview of Income Tax Bill

This publication gives an overview of the Income Tax Bill submitted to the Parliament by the Government of Maldives on 15 October 2019. The Parliament has commenced debate on the Bill, and is expected to bring changes to the Bill, before voting on it.

Take note that this overview is based on the Bill. We will publish an updated version when it is passed by the Parliament and is ratified by the President.
