Smart Start Internship Program
Welcome to the CTL Smart Start Internship Program. The program is mainly intended for students interested in pursuing a career in the practice of taxation or tax law. Students with interests in other areas also can participate in the program.
The program will help participants gain a competitive edge over their peers and enhance their career prospects.
Why Participate?
Smart Start gives students a chance to spend a month at CTL Strategies LLP and gain a real insight into the world of business and professional practices. The program is committed to ensuring that students from less privileged backgrounds get fair access to quality work experience opportunities that they might not otherwise get.
The program will expose participants to tax and legal practice and get opportunity to engage in discussions and research into critical and contemporary taxations issues facing businesses today. The activities of the program are also aimed at building confidence and developing skills needed to enter the work environment. These are useful skills that students can take with them into their career of choice.
On-going support
Smart Start participants will continue to benefit from advice and support from CTL Strategies after the programme has ended, through our mentoring program.
